Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills

Who: Boy Scout Leaders and Venturing Leaders

What: Introduction to Leadership Skills (IOLS)

When: May 20-21, 2023 - 8:00am Saturday – 11:30am Sunday

Where: Camp Tuscarora (965 Scout Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524)

Cost: $40, includes course materials and meals.

Register By: Deadline to register and pay is May 17, 2023. A $10.00 late fee will apply to any registration received after that date, and absolutely no registrations will be accepted after May 19, 2023.

This training is to understand how the Scouts BSA Outdoor Program works. A “Trained” Scoutmaster needs this training and Position Specific training to be considered “Trained.”

For supplies, you will need to bring a ground cloth, lantern (if you have one), compass, mess kit, tent, sleeping bag, personal toiletries. Meals are provided during the weekend.
