OA Winter Fellowship

Join us for a fun-filled fellowship with games, competitions, and camaraderie, including chapter vs. chapter and lodge vs. LEC challenges. It’s a great chance to bond with fellow Arrowmen, especially for new Ordeal members. Experience the excitement, grow together, and celebrate the spirit of brotherhood. Event Only Registration:

$35.00 (Fees include all meals, event patch, and registration.)

Late Fee:

$15.00 fee for all registrations received after January 09, and absolutely no registrations will be accepted after January 16.  

Due to the change of dates for the Fellowship. Late Fees will be applied for anyone who wants to register after Jan 25, 2026

Lodge Dues Must be Paid

2026 Lodge dues of $20.00 must be paid to attend. They may be paid prior to, or along with your registration for the event. All adults must be current with their Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT).

Gold Card Members

• If you have a 2026 Gold card YOU STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT ONLY IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND so we can accurately plan for food and materials. Late registrations fee will be applied after
• All Gold Card Members will receive their event patch regardless of registration status. Please only register if you plan on attending for the weekend so we can properly plan for food

CHANGE OF DATE - Due to inclement weather the Fellowship has been rescheduled to 1/30 - 2/1. Please plan accordingly, however you do not need to register again , as we are moving everyone who has registered already.If you are unable to attend due to the change, please email Lodge Staff Advisor Matthew Ghirarda by Jan 28 at 5pm.and you will recieve a refund for the event: matthew.ghirarda@scouting.org
