This award is presented to those who have made outstanding contributions to the Scouting Program in their local council. Nominations are approved by the Tuscarora Council and award winners are determined by the Council Silver Beaver Committee. Established in 1931, more than 50,000 recognitions have been confirmed nationally to date.

Scouting programs are only possible because of the dedicated service of our registered adult volunteers. Annually this special group of leaders are presented with this honor at the Annual Council Banquet. The Tuscarora Council is entitled to three recipients for 2025 so please turn in your nominations on the proper form by December 31st.
